Eligibility

  • Clients must be 18 years or older. Minors require parent/guardian approval and involvement.
  • We may request age verification.

Commission Process

  • Clear, original reference sheets required (no copyrighted characters or direct copies of existing suits).
  • We reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
  • Quotes are non-binding estimates; final price may adjust based on details.
  • Payment: Full upfront or approved payment plans (may include fees). Full payment required before shipping.

Payments and Refunds

  • No refunds after work begins (e.g., materials purchased or cutting started).
  • Cancellations: Deposited amounts non-refundable; partial work becomes our property (may be sold as premade).
  • Shipping, insurance, and customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Warranty and Repairs

  • Limited warranty (typically 6 months) covers manufacturing defects (e.g., seams, foam).
  • Excludes normal wear/tear, improper care, or misuse.
  • Repair shipping costs paid by buyer.
  • Fursuits are costumes – use responsibly (risk of heat, limited vision; maker not liable for accidents).

Intellectual Property

  • Your character design remains your property.
  • We retain rights to photos of the finished suit for portfolio/marketing (with credit; opt out available).
  • Clients may share suit photos but should credit the maker.
  • Do not replicate our patterns, techniques, or designs.

Other Provisions

  • Allergy notice: Workspace may contain pet fur/dander.
  • Force majeure: Delays due to unforeseen events are not our liability.
